Dinner [Thomas, Shannon and Family]

Bridget giggled, "And how old are you?" Keven asked her, "5" she replied, "Your getting to be a big girl." Keven replied

I smiled as I listened to them.
"Yeah and I think she's getting her daddy's charme."

Bridget's cheeks turned red, "And she has her mom's looks." Shannon added, smiling at the same time

"Aye, she does." I agreed, smiling a little. "But trust me, Bridget, that's not a bad thing."

"I knows" Bridget replied

I smiled at her and finished my dinner. Actually I was glad they came.

everyone else finished up at their own pace

A bit after everyone was done with dinner, Keven and I started to get some things back to the kitchen, at least the left overs and then rejoined them at the table.
"Well..." I started, a little nervous now. I looked at Keven.

Thomas and his family looked at Haylen and Keven, Keven nodded to her and took her hand

"As you may all know, we're getting married soon... and well, the reason I wanted you all here to come here was that..." I said and looked at them. "We wanted to ask you if you wanted to help us a little with our wedding."

Sara's face lit up when Haylen said that, as did Erin's, "We would love to" Shannon replied, "What can I do?" Erin asked

"Well, I was talking to your mother a few days ago and... we were wondering if maybe you and Colleen would like to be flower girls, along with Bridget if she wants to." I said to Erin while Keven gave me an encouraging look.

Erin smiled wide, "I love that" she said, her voice squeaking a bit, Thomas and Shannon could not help but smile

Keven and I smiled at Erin, happy about seeing her that enthusiastic. "Flower girl number one. And you two?"

Colleen nodded, "I'd love too" she replied, "Me toos" Bridget added

"And flower girls number two and three." I said with a smile. "I'm glad you want to do it." I added and then looked at Shannon. "And you are pronounced to be the first bridesmaid."

Colleen and Bridget smiled, Shannon looked at Haylen, then nodded, "Thank you" she replied

I smiled at her.
"You're welcome." I said and then Keven took his turn.
"I was wondering... if you'd like to be best man for me?" he asked Thomas.

Thomas looked at Keven, "Yes I can be" he replied

"Good, thank you." he smiled a little.
I then looked at Sara, thinking about something. "How about Sara being my bridesmaid, too?" I suggested.

Sara looked at Haylen, "I would love that" she replied, "She plays the harp to" Thomas added

"Really?" I asked a little surprised.

Sara nodded, smiling a bit, "I do" she replied

"Wow." I said with admiration. "So you're also music master." I added with a smile.

Sara giggled a bit in reply
