Dinner [Thomas, Shannon and Family]

Erin smiled a bit, "I need a smaller one" she said, Thomas smiled a bit as he watched Erin wear the helmet that was to big for her

I had a smaller one in hand, as we both guessed it wasn't easy to find one without the girl there and handed it to Erin.
"Better?" I asked her.

Erin nodded and smiled, "Better" she replied

I smiled at her and then walked back to Thomas as Keven picked Erin up and placed her on the back of the horse.
"Now you're a big girl." he said to Erin. Keven had put a smaller blanket onto his bag which had two handles. Keven told Erin to hold onto those, so she wouldn't fall down. He then untied the rope and led Patrick out of his box and into the big hall, towards the door. The horse was walking calmly and slowly next to him.

Erin smiled as she held on, Thomas knew she was enjoying it, he walked slowly behind them as they went down the hall

I was walking next to Thomas as Keven led the horse to the place before the stable. I could see that Erin was enjoying the ride and that made me smile.
"I love to see her like that." I said to Thomas.

Thomas nodded, "Me too lass" he replied

I smiled and watched them, as Keven led his horse around the place.

Erin smiled, then looked around at were they where, she saw a few other people watching her

Keven looked up at Erin, seeing she was enjoying her ride he smiled at her.
"Like it up there?" he asked.

"Yep" Erin replied as she held on, a smile on her face at the same time

Keven smiled back and continued his walk around the place. Some other officer stopped their horses as they came back from their shift and watched Keven and Erin with a small smile and let them walk past before they continued their way to the stable.

Erin waived to the other officers as they went by them, the smile still on her face

The officer waved back and gave Erin a smile. They could see she was enjoying her ride and it was something special to him. And while Keven led Officer Patrick around the square, I took a few pictures of them.

Erin looked around from were she sat, "Thank you Uncle Keven" she said to him

Keven looked up and smiled. "Welcome little princess." he said gently. As he reached me and Thomas, he stopped, forcing Officer Patrick to stop also and then looked at Erin. "Want another round?"

Erin giggled, Thomas looked at her, "One more, please?" Erin asked

"Here we go." Keven said and started the second round.
I glanced at Thomas and smiled.

Thomas smiled back, then looked back to Erin

I was happy to see Keven like that as he obviously enjoyed having the little girl there to have a ride on the calm 'Officer Patrick'. Even the horse seemed to enjoy the different kind of attention he was getting.

as she rode along, Erin reached down and gently touched the horse's mane

The horse snuffed a little, but kept walking calmly. Keven had an eye on Erin and smiled when she touched Pat. "He's getting spoiled today." he said with a small smile.

Erin giggled, "Yep he is" she replied, still holding on

"Are you good at holding your balance?" Keven asked Erin, having a little idea.

Erin nodded, "I am" she replied, Erin had done gymnastics for a while
