I walked toward the subway, hoping to catch one of the first that I find, to return more quickly to the apartment. I took the music this time unlike the others. I look her laugh against me, why ? I don't know too. I don't know her and what she wants. But she seems determinate to do what she think she need to do about me. I look fastly which hours is it. And sigh when I saw it, Lindsay waited me since few hours already.

I reach out and grab Danny's arm and glare at him with hate in my eyes "You can't keep leaving me" i take a deep breath still holding his arm "My mother is dead and my stepfather has beat me I have no place to go please help me you have to"

I listened again, I do not know what to add. I do not know who she is, what she wants. But I'm not the type to let someone like this in the street especially a girl like her. I look and I say when she finally takes my arm.
You have no family here where you can go for tonight?

No I don't have any family here I let go of you and put my smoke out I guess I can sleep on a bunch somewhere or sneak in to a hotel but I don't think thats the best idea for a 15 year old girl do you? I say with sarcasm dripping heavily from my words

Lindsay will surely be surprised by what they see but I can not let this girl out. Above all alone in New York at night. I know too well that city to know what could happen. I looked again the girl lying in front of me, and I finally accept the fact, to let her come with me, at least the time that we find his remaining family.

I nod and grab my backpack off the ground and start walking to the subway "So where do you live?" I ask looking at you again while sitting down in a sit on the subway

I told her to come with me. And after that, she had dropped her arm and she took her backpack. Then we had started to descend into the subway. Once done we were back in the subway, and I sat beside her. I was in my thoughts when I posed this question. So out of these thoughts, I look her and I say so.
Not far from here, you will not even arrive in 30 minutes. Did you eat?

I just look out the window and say "Like two days ago. I tried da steal some food but no luck" I don't look at you just keep looking out the window watching the city go by

I watch her while she, she always looks out. She said she tries to steal food two days ago but it did not work. That's it feel even more pity for this girl. Already that just now I thought it was strange that a girl her age to be out in New York this hour.
