Undercover [Everyone]

the rest of the prisoners were doing the same, at the same time, Kathleen hit Haylen with her tray

After she did that, I quickly duck down and swung my leg against hers, taking her to the ground, just like I did earlier and do the exact same thing to her. Getting a grib on her hand and ´holding it tightly behind her back.
"You seriously wanna mess with me?" I asked quietly, my lips close to her ear.

Kathleen looked at Haylen, "I do" she replied

I tightened my grib on her. "I am not listening to anyone, got me?"

Kathleen looked at her, she seemed to get the hit, "I got you...Rosana" she replied

"Good." I said, letting go of her, but I had my guard up. She didn't mean those words, I knew it. She wasn't going to give up, but maybe I'll have my peace for a while, to observe her. But to get her, what I wanted to, it may be a good thing that I already had trouble with her.

Kathleen got up and walked off Melanie and Silvy looked at her, "Wow" Melanie said to Haylen

I turned around and looked at them.
"She was lying. you can say 'wow' when she means what she says." I replied, in Rosana style. "But may I ask what she did to you, that you're having my back without really knowing me?" I asked curiously.

"She killed our last cell mate" Silvy replied

I got serious and nodded. "Reason enough to finally kick her ass."

Melanie and Silvy nodded in reply, both smirking at the same time

"I don't mean to sounds curious but... how did she kill your cell mate? I just want to know what she's up to." I asked both of them, as we were lead back to the cells.

"Slit her throat" Silvy replied, "All because she didn't bow down to her."

That cemented my guess about her. "Nice way to die..." I said with sarcasm in my voice.

"Yea" Silvy replied in the same tone

Soon we got back to our cell and I stood near the door, looking out into the corridor, observing the happenings around me. Of course I knew how the vic died, but I obviously found two women, who knew more about it than I did, my job now was to find prove that Kathleen did it and to protect Sily and Melanie, if they were to be put in harms way.
But I didn't know yet, what they were up to.

meanwhile, Kathleen was meeting with a guard she had on her 'payroll', the guard told her what she knew about Rosana

I somehow got a bad feeling stuck inside about this. I didn't know what caused it, yet, but I had a feeling that I was going to find out soon.

later that night....

It was time to get some sleep. The lights were already turned off, just the night lights for the guards was on, dimly lightening the area. I was on my bed, but my eyes were open. Normally I wasn't a bad sleeper when I was somewhere else, but this was way to strange and somehow I was on alert all the time. While I lay there I thought about my family and friends. I knew I would be more than happy once I was back in my normal life.

at the same time, the guard on Kathleen's payroll walked up to Haylen's cell

I heard him, but stayed quiet, though I had my eyes pointing into that direction, but not fully open, just enough to see what was going on. A trick I learned many years ago.

the guard watched her, then walked off, he was going to get her the next day

When the guard left I got a strange feeling inside. Something wasn't quite right and I knew that something was going to happen. Little did I know what was going to happen to me.
