Undercover [Everyone]

On the small bed I rolled onto my back, staring at the ceiling and waiting for the time to pass.

a few hours later.....

I was still on my back, listening to the happenings around me, when the signal turned on and we were taken out for dinner.
On the way to the eating area I looked around, carefully and listened to anything that sounded interesting enough to listen to. While walking down the hallway, I kept an eye out for that Kathleen.

Kathleen was ahead of her in the line, Lizzy had told her about the new girl

I kept walking in the line, ready for anything that could happen. I knew I messed with someone who seemed to be a big person inside, but then Rosana didn't care about who she messed with and Haylen either.

a few seconds later, Kathleen approached Haylen, "So your the new fish Rosana." she said

I looked up at her, studying her closely.
"Yeah, and that is such a big deal, because?" I asked.

"You will do what I say when I say it." Kathleen replied

"Now why would I do that?" I said in the tough way, Rosana was and I knew that this was what I loved about my character: in that part Haylen and Rosana were just the same.

"Be cause I run things here princess." Kathleen said, getting in Haylen's face

I just smirked at her.
"Be lucky I'm not getting at you for callin' me princess." I said in a warning tone.

Kathleen smiled a bit, "I'd like to see you try." she replied

"Trust me, honey, I know my way 'round women like you and little friend." I replied, standing my ground.

Kathleen smirked a bit, "We will see" she replied before leaving

"You bet." I said quietly and watched her, before I got my dinner and sat down at an empty table, watching the other women around me while I ate.

Melanie and Silvy walked over and joined her, "We got your back Rosana" Melanie said to her

I looked up with a small smile and nodded.
"Thank you." I said shortly, as usual. "For now I'm waitin' to see what they'll do."

Melanie and Silvy both nodded, "Good move" Melanie replied

"I learned to play smart. Keep friends close, keep your enemies closer. I ain't gonna start a fight, but ain't listening to anyone either." I replied and continues my meal, keeping an eye on Kathleen and her friend Lizzy.

Melanie and Silvy both nodded again as they ate, Kathleen and Lizzy watching them as well

I knew they were watching me and also my mates Melanie and Silvy. That I would get into trouble with them was nothing I was worried about, but I actually didn't want Melanie and Silvy to get into trouble, but I guess I couldn't change it and actually I could need someone inside I could count on if that was ever needed.

back at the crime lab, Shannon was taking notes as she watched on the monitor

I looked down at my tablet for a moment. I just arrived a few hours ago and already had the first kind of trouble. I was thinking that maybe the victim was the same kind of person as Rosana was and from what I've been told about the victim, she definitely was.

Melanie and Silvy soon finished, as did Kathleen and Lizzy, "Five minutes" the guard called out to the group

I finished my dinner and took my time with taking the tablet away. During all that time I looked carefully around, wanting to learn as much about my new surroundings as possible.
