Her little Talent. (Thomas/Anyone)

I was in the break room, I was getting a ride from Thomas today,. Having a little father/daughter time I guess you could say which I love. In the mean time I sit at the table in the break room with my sketch book. I never really told or let anyone look at my sketches. I never showed anyone cause I really didn't think I was that good, or at least that's what my real father Bill always told me.

a few minutes later, Thomas walked into the break room and saw Katrina sitting there, "Hello" he said to his adopted daughter, "What you working on?" he asked, not knowing what it was she had with her

He scared me when he walked in since I didn't hear him. I laugh a little and turn to look at him closing my book and putting it on the table. "Its nothing really."

Thomas watched her, "Katrina, it has to be something." he replied, he was curious now as to what it was she hid from him

I looked at him. "Just a hobby." I say and smile a little.

Thomas nodded, "Can I see?" he asked

Thomas looked at the sketch, "Katrina, this is impressive" he said to her, genuinely impressed with what he saw

I look at him. "You like it?" I asked and seen him flip to the next sketch.

"I do" Thomas replied as he flipped to the next sketch

I bite my lip as he looked at the one I was just working on.

Thomas looked at the sketch of himself, then nodded, "Katrina, this is very impressive" he said after looking up at her

I smiled knowing her liked it. "Thanks."

"Your most welcome" Thomas replied, he then flipped through the rest of the pages

It was mostly clothe sketches.

when he finished, Thomas handed the book back to Jenelle, "You should consider going into art." he told her

I looked at him. "I would never make it."

"Yes you would" Thomas replied

I just shrug.

Thomas walked over and sat next to her, "What is it?" he asked

"I just don't think its that good?" I say and look at him

Thomas nodded, "Okay" he replied, "Katrina, what you did in here is some of the best drawing that I have seen." he told her

I was taking a break and walked into the room, seeing Thomas and Katrina sitting on one of the tables I gave them a small smile as I greeted them.
"Hey you two." I said and got a cup of coffee, but didn't walk up to them, not sure if it was a good thing to do.

I looked at Thomas when he said that not sure if he was being truthful. I then look at Haylen. "Hey."

I gave her a smile and noticed the sketchbook on the table.
"You drawing?" I asked her curiously.
