Kaya's ex had one of his gang snatch her and they took her to an unsed hotel and attacked her over and over, then strapped a bomb to her feet as they then chained her to the heater and the call came into NYPD and none of the team expected to find her with a bomb attached to her and she had been stabbed six times.
