Back home after Ivy introduction (Lindsay)

After we finished our day, we were on our back home way. I was driving, and Lindsay was with me. We didn't really talk about her introduction with Ivy. But I know she was gonna ask me. I just wait she do it.

"Yes honey" I said while paying attention to how I drive, because we were both tired and was nite, so must be careful

I turn my head in her direction, while driving. "Because it was past"

I wouldn't be harsh, not at all. I love her too much for go back with someone I was with, She was the only one I love with Lucy. I turn my head back to see where I was driving. And Yes she was right I knew that Ivy was back. So I simply reply "Yes"

I turn my head bit surprised that she asked me it. "No I didn't" But she has all rights too.

"I don't love her anymore" I said to her one more time, I don't like that she though that I am cheating her or anything like this.

"Because we both try to forget it, and make it come back won't just make things easy for anyone" I said, I really can heard in her voice how mad she could be.

I just try to stay calm, because if we starts to be both mad on each others will be more hard to stop it after. "What you wanted me to say, that Hey Lindsay you know what the woman I loved is back in town, we should go to have diner with her" Yes this time it was a little harsh

Tension. Nice. Was nice day and now it's worst. "And then what ?" I asked as she threw her last reply on me

She was right, maybe I could act like her if it happenned to me. I just said nothing.

I look the road, as she looks the other side. "You know that I love you" I just said while I continue to drive and say nothing else.

I was serious, but she ain't. I just doesn't add anything, we arrived at home, and I park the car, before to go out, following her.

I just nodded and did it. She doesn't say anything after this. I hung up my coat too. Then look at her, one day or another we will have to talk about it. But now she was mad. But I decided to put things on "You know me too well for know that I never talked about my past" I said.
