Meeting the Commissioner [Everyone]

Danny sat in that small Irish Bpub, a bottle of beer in his hands. They had a place at the bar. Next to him sat an older man with short black hair and mustrache, a looking a little stronger than Danny. The man next to Danny was known to be Commissioner Frank Reagan, Danny's father.
It didn't happen very often that he got to meet his father in the pub after hours, but today they had decided to meet fo a beer. For a moment they sat in silence, each of them thinking their own thoughts, when someone familiar entered the small pub.

I enter the Irish pub near the NYPD, I come here often, maybe because i was the babysitter of the bartender. I look around, sometimes when I'm here there are some people I know as well, I see Danny and wave at him than walk over to him. I look at the man next to him, I honestly don't know him.

Danny looks up from his beer as he hears the door being opened and then sees Stella waving at him. He offeres her a small smile and waves back, telling her to come over to him and his father, who noticed the action of his son and looked at Stella as well, remembering her from TV.

"Hey Danny!" I smile and turn to the man next to him "Hello I'm Stella Bonasera" I tell him with a smile

"Hey Stella." Danny greets and watches the scene between her and his father with playful grin.
"Detective Stella Bonasera, I know." Frank says to her, extending his hand. "I'm Frank Reagan."

"You know? I'm sorry but I've never met you I guess" I ask and shake his hand.

Frank smiles a little at Stella's comment and then says in a friendsly tone
"I'm the police commissor, Ms. Bonasera, of course I know you."
Danny kept his small grin.

"Oh, I'm sorry I didn't recognize you" I tell him still wondering if it's a good or bad thing that he knows me

"I'm a little surprised by that, but it's not too bad." Frank tells her.
"You wanna join me and my old man for a beer, Stella?" Danny asks her.

"Sure, was here to get a drink anyway" I smile and sit down

"I'm sure we're like the company." Danny says and waves the bartender to come over.

"I hope to be good company" Laughs a little

"Well, my son obviously likes you so... I'll be fine with that." Franks says in a friendly way and Danny just nods.

"and yet again, I hope so" I smile and order a drink by the bartender who stands next to the table

"Well, if you don't mind, I like to invite you for that drink." Frank Reagan says with a small smile. Danny nods.

"Oh you don't have to" I smile a thankful smile

"I know, but I want to." Frank replies.
"He's making friends with you, Stella." Danny says, smiling at his father.

Finally being done with my shift I decided to stop by the small Irish bar near the lab. Actually I wasn't really expecting to meet the people I was about to meet, when I walked into the pub.
I looked around and saw Stella sitting with the police Commissioner and another man I haven't met yet.

Commissioner Reagan saw Mac as he entered and mentioned to him to join them. He met Detective Mac Taylor a few times due to business and found he was a good detective.

I walked up to them, as the commissioner mentioned for me to join them.
"Commissioner. Stella." I greeted firmly and then looked at Danny.

"Detective Taylor." Frank Reagan greeted Mac in a warm tone. "This is my son, Danny. Danny, meet Detective Mac Taylor."
Danny looked up and shook Mac's hand.
"Nice to meet you." Danny said. "Heard a lot 'bout you."

"He's trying to make friends with me?" I ask with a smile across my face while I look at Danny's dad. I watch Mac walking up to us "Hi" I smile at Mac.

"Guess this time I'm guilty." the Commissioner said.
"Though we Reagan's know how to treat women." Danny added as he watched Mac sitting down with them, as his father invited him to do.

"well of course I want to be your friend, you don't have to pay my drink for that" I tell him with a smile. "Yes it's a nice way to treat a woman indeed"

I smile a little when Stella said that, though I knew the commissioner doesn't pay for someone just like that.
