Blazing lights [Mac]

"that's great, does 7pm suit you?" I ask with a smile.

My shift ends at 2pm, but wow I want a day off as well

"Perfectly." I agree and smile.
That way I have the day to do some stuff at home and also do some very necessary grocery shopping and a few other things I needed to do.

"great!" I smile
Gosh I almost die when I see his smile, thats so not normal at all.. It's Mac.. Stop thinking Stella.. Now!

I give her another smile as I hear her somewhat eager reply.
At least someone who likes to see you. I think and am actually happy now.

"how do you like the fruit? I went to a special shop near the office" I say with a smile and pick a piece of fruit

"Tasty and addictive." I say in truth. "Like it very much. Besides I know that special shop as good quality."
I knew a lot of shops near the office so it wasn't that hard to figure out which one she chose as it was almost the only shop near the lab.

"I'm glad you like them. Yea that shop is just amazing" I say and pick another piece of fruit. "hmm its so good" I grin and pick another piece of the same fruit and bring it to your mouth "you really have to taste it"

First I wasn't sure if this was the right thing to do, but I took her offer and I didn't regret it. I knew that shop was great for fruit, so I'm not surprised that it tastes that good.
"I agree." I say and smile.

I realize what I just did and I start to blush "Sorry" I whisper

"It's okay." I try to put her at ease.

"Ok." I say with a smile "you can have the last piece, I'm full" I tell him and push the plate towards him

Actually I had had enough, too, but I take the last piece and lean back in my chair.

"You're full as well huh?" I say with a smile and take a sip of my wine

"Is it that obvious?" I ask with a small smile.

"Just a little" I reply with a smile and get up to clean up the table. "why don't you sit down while I clean this up?"

"Why don't we do it together?" I suggest and follow you into the kitchen. I hate to just sit around and let others do the work when I could help them, so I had to at least give it a try, but hope she'll accept.

"well that would be nice" I say with a smile and take the plates to the kitchen

And I join her, glad that she liked the idea.
"So... what can I do?"

"you can put the plates in the dishwasher" I say with a smile and put the plates on the counter

I nod and smile. She's got a little more luxury than I have. Dishwasher... I don't have that, but well, I don't need much though.
"So, now I know you have a dishwasher... can I say I'm jealous?" I tease a little, as I put the plates away.

"you don't have a dishwasher? Do you still live in the middle ages?" I say with a big smile as I watch you

"Actually I live in the modern age... I just don't need one, because that one plate and one cup or glas or whatever I need doesn't take long to be washed without that thing." I say and smile slightly. What do I need a dishwasher for?

"you never have friends or family over for dinner?" I wonder while I lean against the counter

I look up at her with a shy smile.
"My mother rarely comes here to visit me, it's more like go and see her at home in Chicago... and well... I normally don't have much friends over so... well." I say.

"I think its time to change that Taylor!" I say with a grin
